What to expect from us when we receive your media:
- Once we've identified the problem and how to fix it, we'll contact you regarding necessary repairs. If Basic Level Service is required we'll send you a list of recoverable files and a no-obligation quote.
We'll transfer all of your recovered data to new media.

- After we receive payment, we return your data to you. You select over-night, 2-day or standard shipping.
- If you're local we will arrange the best way to retrieve and return your data when we talk.

- We retain a copy of your data for seven days in case of query. Following this period, the data is securely erased.
